Conventional sensitive-content systems are built as detectors plus thresholds. They produce broad coverage with noisy findings, brittle behavior under context shift, and heavy hand-tuning. The market gap is not more detectors — it is better operational decisions on ambiguous content.


The output

Helix returns one of three calls: escalate, suppress, or abstain. Labels and scores are intermediate evidence; the decision is the product.
